I have seen a lot of other postcards and stickers with tons of information sand accusatory wording.

As much as I appreciate the spreading this information I know that tactic would most likely just anger drivers more and probably just be thrown out.

This solution is meant to look and seems like a possible official Violation without damaging property or actually posing or stating its from an official source - I feel this is the most affective and best chance of spreading this information in a non aggressive way.
